Part One
“I had my first encounter with [Owner] Mike over a year ago at my sister’s home (we rent to her). We thought her furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. I had three companies evaluate the issue, and PGE was one of them.
The other companies tried to sell me a new system. But when Mike came in, he told me the system was fine and the chimney was the issue. The reason I believed him and not the other two companies is because he showed me his meter readings. The other companies just looked at the system and told me I needed a new one. Mike saved me thousands of dollars that he was CORRECT and even suggested a chimney company. After we had the chimney installed, Mike came back out and tested the levels. All was normal!”
